Анотація

У статті подається огляд літературних джерел стосовно наступних рубрик: гонартроз у хворих похилого та поважного віку та тлі надмірної ваги чи ожиріння. Вивчена динаміки та тенденцій вищенаведених показників у світі загалом і в Україні зокрема. Приділена увага процесам діагностики, лікуванню та реабілітації серед осіб саме старших вікових категорій. Проаналізованоструктуру та динаміку демографічних показників, поширеність гонартрозу в цілому та в окремих вікових групах залежно від статі. Дана оцінка впливу надмірної ваги чи ожиріння на перебіг патології опорно-рухової системи при артрозі колінного суглоба. Відображено нові патогенетичні уявлення про дегенеративно-дистрофічні захворювання кістково-суглобового апарату та вплив надлишкової маси тіла на їх перебіг. Зазначені особливості діагностики та лікувальної тактики цієї групи хворих, пов’язані з військовим станом в Україні. Зроблено висновки щодо актуальності обраної теми.
