Abstract

The results of experimental studying of pathomorphological specific characteristics of inner organs at acute general peritonitis against a background of the colon are presented in this article. It has been established that the origin of acute general peritonitis against a background of the malignant neoplasm large intestine is characterized by the appearance of the small focal cells of centrolobular colliquative necrosis of the hepatic tissue, increase of the per cent abated glomerules renal tissue, significantly burdening the clinical course of the hepatic-renal dysfunction according to the given complication. Less adhesive capacity of the abdomen indicated by stratification inconsiderable quantity of fibrin and leukocytes on the visceral surface of the inner organs is also peculiar for this aggregate of pathological conditions.
