Abstract
The paper highlights the state of the problem of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Determination of the presence, extent and patterns of cognitive dysfunction makes it possible to determine the values of the percentage deviation of each test result from the norm. This allows calculation of the formula to form a common indicator of cognitive deficits. General cognitive deficits resulting calculation results allow us to form a strategy for further adjustment of existing cognitive deficits, it is an urgent task of modern anesthesiology and neurology.References
