Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess the viability of human sperm after cryopreservation with non-penetrating cryoprotectants that do not require removal from the suspension cells before using spermatozoa in ART. As a result of the studies, it was found that using of sucrose and PVP in various combinations as cryoprotectant agents for sperm freezing allows there to achieved 60–80 % of their survival rate.
