Abstract
The dynamics of the healing of esophagogo-enteroanastomoses in 157 patients with gastric cancer was studied using endoscopic methods of investigation. It was found that the intensity and duration of the inflammatory reaction in the comparison group of patients with reinforcing suture was more significant than in the patients of the main group without reinforcing suture. The proposed method allows us to reduce the number of postoperative complications from 13.2 to 6.7%.References
