Abstract

The article contains data on the study of the effectiveness and usefulness of complex medication in the form of a basic therapy with the nonergolin agonist dopamine receptors Mirapexom (pramipexole) and neuroprotective drugs (noophen, mildronate, vitamin E, cavinton) in patients with Parkinson's disease in the early stages of the disease. A positive evaluation of the use of this medication complex in the form of decreased motor, vegetative, psychoasthenic disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease in the early stages of the disease, as well as the possibility of preventing rapid disease progression is given.
