Abstract

The purpose of this study is the dynamics of changes in cognitive function at different times after surgery and the calculation of the total cognitive deficit in patients with acute surgical pathology. The results of our study indicate the presence of cognitive changes after surgery using general anesthesia. The dynamics of postoperative cognitive changes has a different structure and depends on the age of the patients, gives a general picture of postoperative changes in their study regarding the preoperative state and the maximum possible result for each scale. The obtained results indicate the need for appropriate drug correction of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. The main criterion is to choose the calculation of the indicator of the total cognitive deficit.
